Quotations are written in one place, invoices in another, and stock is counted when someone remembers. Nothing reconciles, so the price quoted, the price invoiced and the stock actually held can all disagree.
Quotation, invoice and stock movement share the same records, so what was quoted becomes what is invoiced, and what leaves the shelf is what the system says left it.
An order or a bill gets read once and passed on by itself — to your supplier, his transport team, his sub-dealers — whatever software any of you are running.
We reply to every enquiry ourselves. If we are not the right answer for what you are trying to do, we will say so.
